Genesis Platinum Mineral Cartridge Filters
This is for customers who use reverse osmosis filtration as a pre-filter for their Genesis Platinum or have very acidic source water .  Reverse osmosis filtration removes all the minerals from your tap water, so these filters are necessary to re-mineralize your water.  They are inserted into the filter #1 and filter #2 compartments of the Genesis Platinum in place of the regular filters.  They should be replaced every six to nine months just like regular filters.
